At EvoWidget AI (“we”, "us", or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle technical data, analytics, and information when you use our mobile application, EvoWidget AI (the “App”).

Unlike traditional apps, we do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share your real name. We believe your data belongs to you.

1. Age Restriction (18+ Only)

EvoWidget AI does not knowingly collect, process, or track data from anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. The App is strictly gated for adult use. If we discover that any automated metadata, analytics data, or device UUID activity belongs to an individual under the age of 18, we will take immediate steps to terminate the device connection and permanently purge any corresponding data from our temporary servers.

2. Information We Collect (And What We Don't)

A. Non-Personal Local Identification (Random UUID)

We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

Device Tracking: To manage your token purchases, process video generations, and track your temporary files, the App generates a localized, random Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) on your device.
Anonymity: This identifier is completely anonymous and cannot be used by us to identify you in the real world.

B. Usage Analytics and Performance Data

To improve your experience and ensure app stability, we collect anonymous usage data and performance analytics.

App Analytics: We track aggregated, non-personally identifiable events, such as which features are used most frequently, session duration, and overall app engagement patterns.
Technical Logs: We automatically collect technical metrics, including device model, operating system version, app performance data, and crash logs.

C. User Inputs, Image Uploads & Temporary Content Data

Inputs & Image Uploads: To create animated widgets and AI-generated videos, you may provide text prompts or upload up to three (3) images from your device ("Inputs"). The App requires your explicit permission to access your device’s Photo Library or Camera to facilitate these uploads. By uploading these images, you warrant that you own the rights to this content or have explicit permission to use it. You assume all legal and financial responsibility for the content you upload, including any copyright or intellectual property violations.
Processing: These inputs and uploaded images are transmitted securely via encrypted API to our third-party AI provider (Google Cloud Vertex AI) solely to process, analyze, and generate your requested video using Google's Veo and Imagen 3 generative models. We do not store or use your uploaded images for any other purpose.
Outputs: The resulting animated widgets or videos ("Outputs") are briefly hosted on our secure, temporary staging servers for a maximum of 48 hours. This transient window exists strictly to allow you time to download the file to your device or save it to iCloud. After 48 hours, the file—along with the original source images used to generate it—is automatically and permanently purged from our infrastructure.

D. iCloud Data Isolation

EvoWidget AI integrates with Apple’s iCloud infrastructure to let you back up your completed animations and videos.

Your Private Sandbox: All files saved to iCloud are written directly into your private, user-controlled Apple iCloud account.
No Central Access: We do not host, view, or have access to your personal iCloud storage container.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the anonymous technical, operational, and analytics data collected strictly to run, maintain, and optimize the App:

To validate and fulfill pay-per-generation consumable token purchases.
To interface securely with Google Vertex AI to process your text and image inputs via the Google Veo and Imagen 3 models.
To provide essential, temporary file-hosting infrastructure (up to 48 hours) so your device can retrieve completed generations.
To analyze anonymous usage trends, monitor crash logs, and improve overall app stability, user interface design, and feature performance.

4. Third-Party Data Processing

🤖 Google Vertex AI (Veo & Imagen 3): Our animation and video generations are powered by Google’s foundational AI models, specifically Veo (video generation) and Imagen 3 (image generation) hosted on Vertex AI. When you submit a request containing text prompts or image uploads, these assets are processed by Google's developer API. By using this feature and uploading images, you acknowledge and agree to abide by Google’s Core Terms of Service, Google Cloud Terms of Service, and Generative AI Additional Terms of Service. EvoWidget AI acts solely as an intermediary interface and is not responsible or liable for Google’s processing, data handling, service availability, or any errors, omissions, or harmful outputs generated by their AI models. According to Google’s enterprise API terms, data sent via these developer endpoints is processed to generate results and is protected by enterprise data governance.

📊 Analytics Providers: We utilize trusted, industry-standard third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools (such as Apple App Analytics or privacy-compliant telemetry services) to aggregate usage patterns and diagnose technical glitches. This data is entirely stripped of personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to your real-world identity.

💳 Apple App Store: All financial transactions, payments, and token authorizations are processed exclusively by Apple via the iOS App Store infrastructure. We never see, collect, or store your credit card information, billing details, or bank accounts.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

48-Hour Auto-Purge: Any uploaded source images and generated videos/animations are automatically and permanently deleted from our staging servers exactly 48 hours after their initial creation.
Analytics Data: Aggregated usage analytics and performance metrics are retained in a non-identifiable format to help us understand historical app performance and trends.
UUID Deletion: Because your anonymous tracking token is a random device UUID, deleting the EvoWidget AI application from your iOS device will permanently sever and delete the connection to that identifier from your device instance.

6. Limitation of Liability & Content Disclaimer

EvoWidget AI does not pre-screen, monitor, or control user-uploaded images or the resulting AI-generated videos.

No Liability for Content: We are strictly not liable for any offensive, illegal, copyright-infringing, or harmful content uploaded by users, or for any outputs generated by the third-party AI provider. You use this feature at your own risk.
As-Is Basis: The image-to-video animation feature utilizing Google Veo and Imagen 3 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We offer no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of the generated videos. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EvoWidget AI from any third-party claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from your image uploads or violations of third-party terms.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any adjustments by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document, or by presenting an in-app notice. Your continued use of EvoWidget AI after revisions go into effect constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
